Being a therapist wasn’t supposed to be this exhausting…

You went into this work because it matters. Because you believe in healing, in change, in making a difference.

But somewhere along the way, it got harder than you expected.

👉 You’re drained, but afraid to slow down.
👉 You question yourself constantly.
👉 You love this work, but it’s starting to feel… heavy.

We know it feels lonely, but trust us - it’s NOT just you.

Therapists are out here holding space for the world while navigating burnout, perfectionism, workaholism, and emotional exhaustion—because we were taught that’s just part of the job.

But what if it doesn’t have to be?

Join us for this interactive, empowering event to shed the old therapist tropes that no longer serve you, discovering an event better, well-rounded role as a professional helper in this field.

You've Discovered Your Therapist Trope, Now What? Join us in Shedding It!

Reimagining the Modern Therapist isn't your average professional development event.

We intentionally designed this day to challenge outdated norms, name the unspoken pressure we all feel, and help you reconnect with what makes you powerful in this work.

Each session is led by experienced therapists who get it—we each have our own burnout story, imposter syndrome, and have caved under the pressure of hustle culture.

We found each other because now, we are doing things differently.

By the end of the Modern Therapist event, you’ll have the insight, validation, and actual strategies you need to make your work more sustainable—and more you.
